helpful staffmissing deskloud noise
the staff was nice and helpful when i needed directions. it was acceptable.
I was really frustrated that there were no desk in the room i booked. i had to work and i used the bedside tables as a desk. it wasn't comfortable and made my work difficult. i also had issues with the noise from outside. A nearby hotel was loud late at night. it affected my sleep badly.

The room i was assigned was quite small. storage was also a problem. There were no drawers or a proper wardrobe. the safe in the room did not function (i reported this, by the way).

The staff helped me so much with my travel plans! The hotel is super clean, and I think it is beautiful. I stayed before walking the Camino to Sarria and will stay again before flying out. I really recommend this place!
The room I booked, described as a "small double room," felt really small. There was barely space for luggage, which I did not like.
